You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched — just tell our team on the confirmation call or contact us.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned. If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking or with the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or refund the amount paid.
Refunds for COD orders are made by UPI or bank transfer within 7 working days of approval.
